Gabe + Summer = Swimming!

We have done lots of swimming over the last two weeks!  Gabriel had four swim lessons with Mrs. Stephanie and has done so well this year.  Mrs. Stephanie is the sweetest EVER and really has a heart to teach kiddos.  Her patience and ability to keep their attention amazes me.  G completed his last lesson Thursday evening and I am so proud to announce that he is now swimming all by himself!  Yes that means without floaties and everything!   We went to the Kashuba's house on Friday morning to swim with them and I knew he would get some great practice however I didn't expect to see him swimming all over that pool.  Amanda took some time to work with him and to make sure he felt confident in all areas of the pool and before we knew it he was like a little fish!  This was a goal that I had set for him to accomplish this summer so I'm super excited that he was able to reach it at the beginning of the summer so he can enjoy it from this point on.

Noah now loves the water too!  However that was not the case in the beginning and definitely took some time for him to warm up to the whole idea.  He is still a little unsure at times but for the most part he is really enjoying it!  I look forward to spending lots of our summer days in the pool!
