Valentine's Day

We had a fun time celebrating "sweetheart's day" this year!  At the beginning of the school year, I signed up to plan G's class party.  Although I had my moments of "what was I thinking!?" it turned out great.  I planned for the kiddos to decorate little tin mailboxes rather than shoe boxes...so cute!  Then we made crafts, had a valentine trail mix and passed out their little cards.  I think it went well and it's so fun to spend time with his friends.  Noah loves hanging with the big kids.

Each year, Eric and I have a tradition to celebrate the sweet day; we have dinner at the Italian Inn.  This is where our first date was and where he proposed!  It was our 11th year to celebrate here!  We mostly go because of the tradition now.  I still love the atmosphere too.  The waiters sing, you can sign the walls and some booths have doors for privacy!  To be honest, I don't care where we go...any date is the best with my Punkie!
